Russian developer Janna Bullock, who is known for flipping high-end Manhattan properties, recently listed a 21-foot-wide Beaux Arts mansion on the market for $20 million, the Real Deal reports. The 16-room house on East 82nd Street was originally designed in 1903 by C.P.H Gilbert.

The listing, which is handled by Nikki Field of Sotheby's International, still shows a $25 million asking price, but that's the 2007 price, according to Real Deal. Bullock reportedly turned down offers of $23 million and $24 million, and then took it off the market, the paper says.
Bullock reportedly recently sold a 13,000-square-foot, five-story townhouse on East 67th Street for $24.9 million after originally pricing it as high as $35 million.
Agents say these types of fluctuations are not unusual in Manhattan's rarified air. Luxist recently reported on a townhouse on East 82nd once owned by billionaire Ron Perelman that saw a price drop from $40 million in 2008 to $29.5 million in May.
